What a custom hair system is
A hair system, also called a hair unit or hair replacement system, is a thin base with real hair attached to it. It is fitted to your head and blended with your own hair, so it looks and moves like hair you grew yourself.
There is no surgery and no recovery time. You walk out of your fitting with your new hair cut and styled.
Custom means the system is chosen for you, not taken off a shelf as it is. Geiva matches it to the way your hair looks now and the way you want to wear it.
Matched to your hair
At your free consultation Geiva looks at what you want and the hair you have. Your system is then matched on:
- Color, including any gray you want to keep
- Density, so it looks as full as you want and no fuller
- Texture and curl pattern: Afro-textured, curly, wavy or straight
- Style, from a short cut to longer hair
