1. Who we are

This website is run by Units R' Us. We book free consultations with Geiva Melvin at Units R' Us, an independent hair system specialist in New York. We are not a salon and we do not provide hair services. The specialist is an independent business. Prices, products and results are the specialist’s responsibility, and are agreed between you and them.

2. Using the service

Our service is free for you to use. You must be 18 or over. Please give accurate details.

3. SMS program terms

Program: Units R' Us texts.
What you receive: replies to your enquiry, help choosing a consultation time, booking confirmations and reminders, and follow-up messages about your consultation. If you tell us you are interested in future updates, we may also send occasional offers from specialists.
How often: message frequency varies. Usually 2 to 8 messages during an enquiry.
Cost: message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for texts.
Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will get one confirmation message and no more texts.
Help: reply HELP or email andre@hairsystempros.com.
Consent is not a condition of buying anything. You can book a consultation by phone instead.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not share your mobile number or opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.

4. No guarantees

We do not guarantee that a specialist will be available, or the outcome of any service. Information on this site is general and is not professional advice.

5. Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for services provided by specialists, or for losses arising from them.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
