• Details you give us: first name, mobile number, email address, city, and what you are looking for.
• Messages you send us by text, Instagram or Facebook, and call records.
• Basic website data: pages visited, device type, and how you reached the site (for example, which ad or search).
• Photos only if you choose to send them.

How we use it

• To contact you about your enquiry and book a consultation.
• To pass your details to Geiva Melvin at Units R' Us, the specialist you are being booked with, so they can speak to you.
• To check that our service is working, and to improve our ads and website.

Who we share it with

• The specialist you are booked with in your city. They receive your name, contact details and what you asked for.
• Service providers who help us run the service (messaging, booking, email, analytics and advertising platforms). They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
• We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile number or text messaging opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we send messages about your enquiry and consultation. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts. See our Terms and SMS Terms.

Your choices

• Stop texts: reply STOP. Stop emails: use the unsubscribe link.
• Ask us to see, correct or delete your information: email andre@hairsystempros.com. We reply within 30 days.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No system is completely secure.
