How are the hair units secured?
A protectant, and an adhesive made specifically for hair, is used to keep the unit in place.
Can I get the unit wet (e.g., exercising, shower, rain, etc.)?
You can perform your daily activities with the hair unit, including exercising; however, we do not recommend excessive exposure to water. Water will play a part in the deterioration of the adhesive, resulting in the need to reapply adhesive. The recommended adhesive product can be purchased if necessary.
Can the unit be taken off, washed, and reapplied?
The 3–5 month unit option is the only system that can be removed, washed and reapplied.
Do I need to grow my hair out?
In order for the unit to appear natural, it is recommended that you have at least a half inch of hair growth prior to installation.
Will the installation of the unit impede my pre-existing hair growth and or damage my hair/scalp?
No. If you have hair growth prior to the installation of your unit, hair will continue to grow underneath. Please follow the recommendations by your stylists on the proper removal, and maintenance of your system.
What does a maintenance service entail?
During a maintenance service your unit will be removed, washed and reapplied. It includes a haircut and beard trim, if applicable. The cost for this service is $350.
Can I schedule an in person consultation?
We do not offer in person consultations. You will be asked to provide at least 3 current photos of your hair (front, back, and side view) as well as a photo of your desired look. Your photos will then be assessed to determine the best solution for you.
How do I maintain my unit at home?
During installation, you will be provided with detailed instructions on how to maintain your unit at home for optimal results.
